After winning the Nebraska Fall Microsoft Word Championship, Central City High School’s Kit Brooks was met with an exciting opportunity to head to Orlando, Florida where Kit represented the Bison at the Microsoft Office Specialist U.S. National Championships. Magical Moments

There is plenty of magic to be found inside the books at the historic Clarks Public Library and that was proven this past Wednesday at Keith West dazzled those in attendance for the Summer Reading Program. The program is in full swing and has a few weeks left before concluding and it will be hard to top the great day of magic. Clarks youngster Wesley Lewis was all smiles as he helped to put a boggie in what appeared to be a normal handkerchief, until it began to come alive and dance to the music.

It was a great day for the 1to1 Technologies staff including Kirby Steinke, Dan Schillinger and Brandon Myers. The staff is a dedicated bunch who have helped grow the business in recent years and will continue to do so as 1to1 Technologies grows in the Omaha market and beyond.

Nebraska Weekly Gas Price Update

Average gasoline prices in Nebraska have fallen 1 cent per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.31/g today, according to Gas-Buddy’s survey of 1,150 stations in Nebraska. Prices in Nebraska are 3.4 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 146.1 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 3.7 cents in the last week and stands at $3.85 per gallon.

1to1 technologies celebrates continued success and growth with open house

Last Friday, 1to1 Technologies, formerly known as Cody’s Computers, hosted a ribbon cutting and open house event to commemorate their recent growth and expansion. For nearly 15 years the company has remained an important part of the fabric of our community and that success was on full display as they were joined by the Central City Area Chamber of Commerce for a ribbon cutting.

Local children’s theater back again

Each summer the Central City Children’s Theater brings together some of the best budding entertainers in our community for a fun week of learning and performing under the instruction of the Missoula Children’s Theater (MCT.) For over four decades, this beloved theater company has captivated audiences with its enchanting productions while empowering children with valuable life skills.

15 Years Strong

Many things have changed over the past 15 years, including a name change for 1to1 Technologies in Central City. One thing that hasn’t changed is the commitment to customer service and a love for the Central City community. That was honored last Friday as 1to1 Technologies was joined by the Central City Area Chamber of Commerce for a special ribbon cutting and open house event to honor their newly renovated office space and business growth.
