The Holiday Season has drawn to a close, and for some of us that New Year’s resolution you made maybe just a memory. Lock your doors and hide your kids because Friday the 13th is coming!! Alright, I admit that I may have made that statement a little over dramatic then required, but Friday will be the 13th day of the month and for some that means more than it does to the rest of us. I wouldn’t consider myself to be an overly superstitious person on a normal day, but then I am reminded of how I got this beard on my face, the beard I shaved during baseball season and all the other ways I try to “help” our local sports teams.

As we start into 2023 and are working through our New Year’s Resolutions, remember that sometimes the smallest changes can have the biggest impact. Smaller changes are easier to maintain and sometimes that is all it takes. Now is the time to set goals and work towards becoming the best version of yourself. That may be related to health and wellness, growing in your knowledge base or becoming more present every day.

Prochaska gives perspective on Long Term Care project

As such, provisions for adequate long term care within a Community can be as important to its viability as an attractive business climate that includes other critical professional services, along with retail shopping and entertainment opportunities.
