Body As the third quarter draws to a close this week, this will mark an end to one of the busiest periods of time in Central City. Over the last few weeks, the Bison Activity Dome and the community of Central City have hosted a number of events.

Body March Madness is officially here! Central City High School is headed back to the state basketball tournament for the first time in 76 years. The last team that competed in the NSAA State Basketball Tournament was in 1947.

Body Editor: The Webster dictionary describes love as a deep and tender feeling of affection to a person or persons. On Tuesday, February 14th it was a day where lovers showed their affection to one another through cards, flowers and giving of themselves.

Body I can’t explain my feelings as I sit here in my office typing this. In some ways I feel like I have crossed some sort of finish line after a week of absolute craziness.

Body This is the time of year that things seem to move very quickly. We are wrapping up our winter season for activities and getting ready to dive in the spring.

Body If I am not mistaken I probably mentioned something about the excitement of state wrestling last week. After surviving the weekend I think I probably underestimated just how exciting things would end up being.

Body The 2022/23 school year has been an exciting one as it’s the first full year in the new weight room.
