April 22, 1951 - July 26, 2025 James Wallace “Cowboy” Garretson James Wallace “Cowboy” Garretson, 74, of Marquette died with loved ones at his side, on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Country House Memory Care in Grand Island. A visitation and time of sharing will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 5-7 p.m.

February 20, 1968 Randall Scott Paulsen, 57, of Central City, Nebraska, passed away at the VA Medical Center in Grand Island after a lengthy fight —one he fought with everything he had, right until the very end. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 10:30 a.m.

May 18, 1949 - June 26, 2025 Kendall Owen Barker of Clarks passed away on Thursday June 26 2025. Born in Omaha on May 18, 1949, he spent four years in the Army after High School, spending a tour overseas in Germany.
