Jacquelyn “Jackie” Della Cline, 82, of Central City, died Friday, December 19, 2025 at Litzenberg Long Term Care in Central City.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 29, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Central City. Visitation will be Sunday, December 28, 2025 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Central City Cemetery following the funeral service.

Jackie was born on September 17, 1943 to Cleo and Christol (Quick) Cramer in Omaha. She attended school in Polk, and then attended Grand Island Beauty School where she graduated in 1963. She married Gerald “Jerry” Cline on June 10, 1962 in Polk. After beauty school, Jackie moved to San Diego, California with Gerald while he was still in the Navy. In November of 1965, they moved to Central City.

Jackie worked at the Lafayette Beauty Salon for several years. She then quit working to stay home and raise her children Jon and Susan. When the children were older, she worked at Litzenberg Memorial Hospital as a housekeeper until she retired.

Jackie was a member of the United Methodist Church, the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Jackie is survived by her children, Jon and Sara Cline of Central City and Susan and Lyndell Podliska of Columbus; two sisters, Joan Frahm and Judy Storck; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
