Central City students earn honors

Body Central City students earned a slate of honors at the Greater Nebraska Science and Engineering Fair on Saturday, March 21st, the team’s second major competition of the season. Competing in Nebraska City, students brought home a mix of special awards and top category finishes.

State’s ag land values decline for second year

Body The value of agricultural land in Nebraska declined one percent over the past year to an average of $3,905 per acre as of February 1st, according to the preliminary report from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s 2025-26 Farm Real Estate Market Survey.
