Central City organizations are pulling out all the stops this year to bring residents a Halloween celebration like no other. A lineup of enthralling events promises to make the last week of October both thrilling and memorable.

In a significant move towards continued community empowerment, the Central City Public Library held its grand reopening event on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023. The celebration showcased the newly renovated library and was graced by the presence of notable figures from the city and the state.
