The Business Incubator space is located to the north of the Merrick Foundation at 1530 17th Ave. Merrick Foundation is proud to be a part of offering prime business space with subsidized rent to encourage local entrepreneurship. Katie J Photo & Video is the 7thth business to occupy the Business Incubator since the inception, dating back to 2011. Four of the previous six businesses now successfully operate in other locations.
