THE MERRICK FOUNDATION awarded an $8,000 grant to the Chapman Community Improvement Association for upgrades to the Chapman Park. The grant was funded by the Eugene Fishburn Fund and the Alfred W. and Elizabeth L. Bader Fund. The upgrades included a new playground equipment, a new sidewalk, and mulch.
