Body American companies are the most innovative and customer- friendly in the world. People have numerous experiences as customers each day, and they’re accustomed to the exceptional service provided in the private sector. They shouldn’t expect any less from their state government.

Body I feel the need to respond to some of the misunderstandings in regards to Litzenberg Long Term Care. When the hospital moved to its new facilities, Merrick County was left with half of an empty building and the other half of the building is occupied by Long Term Care.

Body It’s almost Halloween - have enough treats on hand? Pumpkins ready to transform in to Jack-o-lanterns? Porch & yard decorated? Face paint, glow sticks & costumes ready to go? The Merrick County Fairgrounds is the place to be this Halloween Holiday weekend!

Body What an exciting time to be a bison! Along with the success of the athletic teams and other clubs, we can’t forget about the fantastic work being done inside the classroom by our students as well.

Body Last week it was election text messages and this week I can’t seem to receive a text message at all, what a life.

Body You may expect me to talk about state softball or a big upcoming football game against Aurora. You may expect me to talk about state cross country or the 8-man playoffs. Well, here comes a curve ball.

Body With the first quarter completed, we are turning our attention to the winter portion of the school year. As the seasons change we will be finding ourselves indoors more often.

Body Is Long Term Care important to us? This was the headline that some of our Residents were greeted with on Thursday, Sept. 15th.

Body Hello from the Central City FFA Chapter! The school year has gone by extremely fast and the FFA chapter is just getting started. Our membership drive is nearly complete and we are proud to say we have 75 members!
