Everybody Join Together

With the hope of bringing families from different church’s together for worship Mark Perry (l) along with other organized a special worship service at Nebraska Christian. The first speaker to share messages that evening was Carl Ostrand (r) a teacher and coach at Nebraska Christian.

10 Years Ago Shari Peters was recently honored in Lincoln at the Nebraska Hospital Association Annual Convention. Shari was one of 7 finalists at Litzenberg and was ultimately named the 2014 Caring Kind Recipient.

Nebraska Christian hosts community worship service

On Sunday, November 3, Nebraska Christian School hosted a special evening worship service in the school gymnasium, bringing together students, families, and community members for a time of worship and reflection. Organized by many, including Mark Perry, the event created a unifying atmosphere where people could sing, pray, and focus on their faith as one community.

Merrick County Historical Society to host speaker

Stories of the pioneering spirit and conviction that populated this area will be shared when Merrick County Historical Museum hosts Nancy Martson Bond’s delivery of her presentation entitled, “Finding Peace in Merrick County after the Civil War”. Her illustrated narration will follow a brief meeting of the Museum’s Membership, slated for 2:00 p.m., Sunday afternoon, November 10 at the Venture Center meeting room.
