Annie Jeffrey’s Spring Health Fair Slated for March 7th

Annie Jeffrey Memorial County Health Center is always taking precautionary steps to protect our patients, community members and staff from the exposure and spread of any illness including COVID-19. Annie Jeffrey Health Center wants to continue to be able to offer discounted health screening services to fair goers. That being said Annie Jeffrey Memorial County Health Center is pleased to announce we will be proceeding with our 15th Annual Health Fair on Tuesday, March 7th. Available discounted health screening services will be blood draws and the Bryan health Mobile Screening Unit will be offering cardiovascular screening tests. The Polk County Health Department will also be on site with information available.

MAC to bring Magician to PAC

Merrick Arts Council is excited to bring its next show to Central City, direct from Las Vegas featuring Magician Michael DeSchalit. This fourth family-friendly program of the 2022-23 season will be held on Sunday, February 19 at 2:00 p.m. in the Central City Performing Arts Center, Edwin and Bernice Lock Theatre.
