Body July 4, 1940 - November 10, 2024 Ruth Fern Peters, age 84, of Central City, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024 at Arbor Care in Fullerton. A celebration of life service was held on Wednesday, November 20th at 11am at All Faiths Funeral Home with Dan Naranjo officiating.
