The 14th annual Legion Ribfest, held Saturday, June 14, was once again a hit, as community members gathered to enjoy good food, great company, and some of the best barbecue around.

Central City’s annual Lone Tree Days are coming up in just a few weeks. The annual celebration falls during a milestone, as 2025 marks the one hundred and fiftieth year since the town of Lone Tree was renamed Central City.
