Kelley takes new leadership role in education

Body Elba Public Schools (EPS) welcomed a new superintendent this academic year. Bobby Kelley, who replaces 2024–2025 interim superintendent Dana Wiseman, joins the district on the heels of five years as the principal at Gibbon Public Schools.

Body Prior to tackling the regular agenda during Monday’s monthly meeting of the Central City Board of Education, administration and board members held a public hearing to discuss and review the school district’s proposed 2025-2026 budget.
