Shirley Mae Lewis, 87, passed away at her home in Central City on April 24, 2024 with her brother Donald by her side. Shirley has chosen to donate her body to research at UNMC in Omaha. Shirley was born on November 11, 1936 to Fred and Esther Lewis. She is survived by her brother, Donald Lewis; two nieces, Linda and Nancy and one nephew, Mike.

She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Lewis; her mother, Esther Lewis; and older sister, Doris Jean.
