Pamela “Pam” Cecilia Bergmark, 65, formerly of Aurora, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2024.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2024 at St. Mary’s Cathedral. Burial will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. There is a Rosary at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at All Faiths Funeral Home. Visitation is from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pamela was born May 4, 1959 in Omaha. She was the daughter of Edward and Julia Aken. Pamela attended school in Grand Island and graduated from Grand Island Senior High with the class of 1977.

On June 7, 1980 she married Rodney Bergmark. Pamela loved working with people and enjoyed her employment with Super Foods of Aurora and Grain Place Foods Inc. of Marquette. She was previously a beloved daycare provider for many years. Her family will best remember her as a devoted Mom and Grandma.

Pamela was a lifelong member of the Catholic faith. Her memory is treasured by her children, Aimee (Jason) Robinson, Kristina (Cody) Messersmith and Jessica (Dustin) Meyer; her grandchildren, Kinsey, Gage, Jeryn, Emry, Alexandra and Sawyer; and the father of her girls, Rodney Bergmark.

She is also survived by her siblings, Theresa (Phillip) Slocum, Edward Aken Jr., Mike (Mary) Aken, Daryl (Carol) Arfman, Andy Aken and Jerry Cantu; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
