Barbara Ann Justice, 92, of Papillion, formerly of Central City died Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Papillion Manor. Funeral services was Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Solt-Wagner Funeral Home with _______ officiating. Visitation was Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial was in the Central City Cemetery.

Barb was born on April 15, 1932 in Central City to A. Cecil and Abigail Faith (Ashelford) Tooley. She grew up in the Central City area and graduated from Central City High School in 1950. She then attended the University of Nebraska and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She was also a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority at UNL. After college, she taught in La Mesa, California for 3 years and then 1 year in Okinawa. She then returned to La Mesa (NahaAir Force Base) where she taught for 2 years. Barb then returned to Central City and married James Joseph Justice on July 14, 1963. The couple owned and operated Justice Pharmacy.

Barb was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, PEO Chapter AB, the Round Table, and the Bridge Club.

She is survived by her daughter- Jane and Todd Stuart of Papillion; 3 granddaughters- Bailey, Ellery, and Justice Stuart; sister- Janet Goin of Silver City, MN and her three sons- Jeffrey, Steven, and Paul Goin.

Barb was preceded in death by her mother, father, and step mother-Harriet Dunlap Tooley; and her husband- Jim.
