Body On Sunday, November 10, the Performing Arts Center welcomed the Shucks Brothers as part of the Merrick Arts Council Season, marking the third show of the season. The trio filled the auditorium with lively bluegrass tunes, drawing a spirited crowd eager to enjoy their performance.

Body Food is foremost on the minds of Thanksgiving guests. While food is a big deal on just about every holiday, the meal really takes center stage on Thanksgiving.

Body The Lone Tree Quilt Guild, with financial assistance from the Merrick Foundation, will be awarding Quilts of Valor to service members and veterans from Merrick County. Quilts of Valor are a way to say thank you for your service, sacrifi ce and valor in serving our nation.

Body The Mobile Food Pantry will be held in the parking lot of the Central City Airport, located at 1346 Ormsby RD, Central City, on November 2, 2024 and December 7, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (or when the food is gone).

Body The third show for Merrick Arts Council will feature The Shucks Brothers on Sunday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. at the Central City Performing Arts Center, Edwin and Bernice Lock Theatre.

Body The second show of the Merrick Arts Council season features two choruses from Lincoln performing close harmonies of Barbershop and Sweet Adelines music on Sunday, October 20 at 2:00 p.m. The men’s group will feature The Lincoln Continentals and the women’s group The Lincolnaires.

Body Kennedi Joanne Stuhmer was born February 10, 2024 at Mary Lanning in Hastings. She weighed 7 lbs 8 oz and was 20.5 inches long.
