Stampeding to Victory It has been a busy and productive summer for the Cornerstone Stampede with many players showing their talent. Among them is Payton Burbach who has been a key player for the 18u squad. The team earned second this weekend, but also defeated Milford last Thursday in a double-header.  
The Cornerstone Stampede teams brought excitement and pride to Central City this past weekend with their remarkable performances in tournament play. The 12U team clinched the Nebraska USA Softball District 5 Championship, while the 18U team fought their way to the runner-up position at the competitive Class B Diamond Classic.
