Eagles fall in district final to SEM

D1-7 District Runner-up Led by a strong senior class that has seen plenty of success in their years at Nebraska Christian, the Lady Eagles once again made a deep playoff run. On Saturday it came to an end with a loss to SEM as the team finished with a 24-7 record as the D1-7 District Runner-up.  
The Nebraska Christian volleyball team’s impressive journey this season came to an end last Saturday. The Eagles faced off against the formidable Mustangs of Sumner-Eddyville-Miller (SEM) in a district final matchup, with hopes of securing a ticket to the state volleyball tournament. Unfortunately, the Mustangs emerged victorious with a 3-0 win, marking an end to Nebraska Christian’s 24-7 season…
