The first I was aware of the $48.5 million dollar bond issue was in the Nance County Journal newspaper or any other publication printed publicly that I am aware of. The Nance County Journal arrived on time in my mailbox the day after the Silver Creek meeting and a few days after the Monroe meeting. I was not able to attend the Genoa meeting due to a prior commitment.
