Lippincott: Budget woes dominated session

The second session of the 109th Legislature adjourned sine die on Friday, April 17th. Interviewed last week, District 34 Senator Loren Lippincott described the sixty-day short session as largely defined by the state’s budget deficit and lawmakers’ attempts to make up for it.
