Elba Public Schools (EPS) welcomed a new superintendent this academic year. Bobby Kelley, who replaces 2024–2025 interim superintendent Dana Wiseman, joins the district on the heels of five years as the principal at Gibbon Public Schools. The Merrick County native has been in education for twenty-five years and has spent more than fifteen years in administration.
