2022: Ray Huggett. Not many have helped shape Central City as much as Mr. Huggett. In 2022 Huggett was honored for his commitment to Merrick Medical Center as a new hospital was built. In 2023 he retired from the Board of Trustees. Mr. Huggett formerly served as an educator, coach and administrator at Central City High School.
