Summer Events Pay Off After hosting several successful events this summer the River Rats Association was able to give back to the community. One organization they were able to donate to was the Central City Junior Wrestling program. The River Rats presented a check for $1,400 to a few of the member last Wednesday evening during open mat practice for the youth.  
The River Rats Association, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and beautifying the Platte River while promoting safe recreational use, hosted several successful events this summer. In appreciation of the community’s support, the group gave back by donating to local organizations.
