Nebraska Christian Alumni and former Central City resident, Bethany Dietz Scheele has recently moved up in the world of real estate after recently moving up to Managing Broker of Tenacious realty based out in eastern Nebraska.

As a Managing Broker, Bethany will oversee the day-to-day business while assisting Realtors with any questions or concerns they might have. “Anyone who has bought or sold a home can attest to the paperwork involved. I review every page, signature and initial and confirm that everything is clear and complete.” Tenacious Realty covers Lincoln, Omaha and the surrounding area. Bethany has been with Tenacious Reality since its conception in June of 2020. “I have been with the creators of the brokerage, Scott and Heidi Cline, since the beginning of my real estate career in 2017.”

Bethany was raised in Central city by her parents Paul and Kathy Dietz along with her 3 older brothers. She went to Nebraska Christian and graduated in 2002. They lived on a farm with livestock which brought her many responsibilities and she learned to be accountable and work hard. “I loved taking our horses out for rides on the country roads and enjoying the open air. Also, back when Westgate was still open, I enjoyed hanging out and shooting pool.”

After graduation, she moved to Lincoln where she worked full-time, and pursued her college education, eventually getting a bachelor’s degree in business. She would then go on to work in the hospitality industry for a little over 10 years, which helped her create a strong basis and understanding of customer service and creating relationships with clientele. “After leaving hospitality, I continued the necessary schooling and classes to obtain my real estate license. During those years, I married my husband of 10 years, Jesse, with whom I’ve had five amazing children who remind me every day that I couldn’t be more blessed.”

These days, when she is not doing her work for Tenacious reality, she likes spending time with her husband, five children and two dogs. Doing many things such as tinkering on old vehicles, playing, or just having a cookout with the neighbors. When asked what achievements she is most proud of, she said, “Obtaining my broker’s license, as the next step in my real estate career with Tenacious Reality, is my greatest work achievement. While studying and taking the appropriate classes, I still made sure to represent my clients with the utmost care. But I would have to say, my greatest achievement outside of work are my husband and children.”

As far as what she wants to accomplish in her new position, Bethany has said she wants to continue the growth of Tenacious Reality agents with top-notch realtors that exhibit high standards of representation for their clients.
