Members of the Grand Island Elks #604 presented shoes to the Central City Elementary School on Tuesday morning. Shoes were funded by a Beacon Grant from their Grand Lodge. The shoes are available to any student in need. The Elks has also delivered shoes to Palmer, Fullerton, Elba, Aurora and Grand Island.
