Earlier this year we brought you the story of Central City Police Department officer Grady Wranek (left) whose quick thinking and heroic actions saved the life of a Central City youth. Officer Wranek was fittingly honored by the Grand Island Elks Lodge 604 this past Saturday where William Koller presented him with a special medal and certificate.
