What better way to grab people’s attention—and maybe raise a few dollars for a good cause, besides—than to dress the family pet up in a Halloween costume and let Fido steal a judge’s heart?
Perhaps, some may say, you might host a haunted house. That’s always a good idea on Halloween.
On Saturday, the State Theater Foundation did both for good measure.
