Dark Island Trail nears completion

Volunteers Linda Lambert and Doris Gacke were also on hand on Tuesday to work on the bridge, completion of which is one of the last steps before re-surfacing is completed from Highway 30 to 28th Street.

A crew of volunteers spent much of last Tuesday evening putting planking down over the framework of an old railroad trestle bridge at 20th Street in Central City.
