Children’s Theatre comes to CC

The theatre will give children the opportunity to audition for the play, have a week to practice and then put on the show all in the same week.

This year the show chosen by the Missoula Children’s Theatre is “The Frog Prince.”

Local organizer Amy Buhlke, said she is excited that this year the auditions are open to all children entering grades first through eighth in the area surrounding Central City.

Auditions for the show are Monday July 8 at 10 a.m. at the Performing Arts Center, the children who are chosen for the show will practice all week long, have a dress rehearsal Saturday, July 13 and perform two shows at 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on that same Saturday in the Edwin and Bernice Lock Theater in the Performing Art Center.
