The Central City Police Department worked an accident that occurred Monday afternoon, sending one man to the hospital.
Timothy McDonald, of Central City, was transferred to the Litzenberg Hospital by ambulance after his 2004 Harley Davidson ran into the rear of a 1994 Chevy Suburban owned by Richard Musgrave, of Central City. McDonald’s injuries are not yet known. Musgrave was unharmed in the accident.
The collision occurred at the corner of G Street and Highway 30 according to Police Chief Dan Wagner.
Musgrave was stopped in westbound traffic, waiting for the car in front of him to turn when McDonald was heading westbound on G Street. McDonald could not stop in time to avoid Musgrave.
